Pet Sitting Angels provide dedicated, responsible and experienced pet sitters to look after animals within a home environment whilst the owner is away.

The pet sitters, will live in the home for a minimum of 21 hours each day. During this time they keep the owners animals to their routines and ensure their home stays clean and tidy.

Steve's depth of knowledge and work ethic are second to none giving us his guidance and advise on numerous occasions, which has been invaluable in making the start up run a little more smoothly.

As a new start up business, Channel Media Creative was given a brief that Pet Sitting Angels needed a user friendly website that was easy to navigate, appealed to to its target audience and was accessible on all devices.

The aim of the website was to generate new business and allow customers to easily book the pet sitting service through the website.

The website would required several different forms, including a branching logic booking form which was conditional based upon the answers given by the user.

Pet Sitting Angels wanted the website to reassure potential clients, that their pets would be in safe hands with the company and its pet sitting staff.

Channel Media Creative worked closely with Pet Sitting Angels, to develop both a brand and a website which would be appealling to the company's target market and generate the new business that they required.

The branching logic booking form, allowed the company to gain exactly the information that they required and to obtain confirmation that the customer fully understood the terms and conditions of the booking. It also allowed them to comply with GDPR regulations.

The website exceeded the brief and has proved very successful in bringing in new business and streamlining the communication between the company and its customers.
