It’s important to the success of your branding project that we gather all of the relevant information, including your target audience, your goals and the challenges you face.
We may meet more than once if needed, or have additional conversations by phone or email to ensure we fully understand your requirements.

Based on the information we gathered from our initial meetings, we’ll now begin to plan what needs to be produced and how your identity project will be delivered. This may simply be the production of a suite of stationery or may involve an integrated launch of print collateral, direct mail, e-shots and website. Every project is unique and we tailor our approach to suit your needs.
We will then produce a document detailing exactly what your design project will involve and setting out realistic timescales, responsibilities, target dates, objectives and goals. This document will allow us to carefully manage the various elements of the design and production, ensuring a successful outcome.

Our team will now begin to develop initial ideas and prepare concepts for presentation. Overall look and feel, tone of voice, typography and colour palette will all be considered during this phase. We’ll take into consideration things such as target audience, objectives, key markets and your competitors. A range of solutions for will then be presented for review.

We'll now make any refinements that are necessary.

Based on feedback from the first design stage we will refine the identity and associated collateral until it meets with your approval.
Delivery and roll out
We will complete the project and deliver your new identity.
